It's CRAZY! Our beautiful '37 AVH has been side lined since September 2011! I know right? How could someone let their passion sit idle in climate controlled storage for that long! Well, as one might say "life gets in the way"! With my wife's battle with breast cancer (she kicked its A$$ by the way!), purchasing a getaway cabin in the U.P. of Michigan, marrying off both of our boys and dealing with substantial growth with our suspension/drive line business...let's just say the last eight years seemed like two! We are very fortunate to have these kind of 'problems' and are very grateful we didn't have to part with our Active Thunder! It's not a bad thing owning one of the most BAD A$$ boats ever built, with only 195 hrs mind you, sitting in the garage! It was a treat servicing the fuel system, seawater pumps, filters etc knowing our hiatus was coming to an end! Anyway, we're super stoked to be back on the water!

Wow great story. I've always loved your boat and I remember when Kevin and Judy where selling they priced it to me and I remember telling myself that I would never pay that much for a boat.... man was I wrong
