We are still working on plans to come. Go ahead and make reservations without us, but include us in the dock space. If we come, we will sleep on the boat. Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. H20Warrior has been out of town all last week and won't be around until next wednesday. Has been hard to make plans when you only get to talk on the phone with one another.:D

Sure hope it all works out for us to come. We have friends that have a condo in Ft. Walton, and I am going to see if my parents want to come and stay with the kids there while we run the boat some.

Have you contacted Jon and Krista Testwuide? (AKA Sandsucker:D ) I have his number if you want, or maybe I will give him a call and let him know. They usually bring their friends Doug and Wendy.

I am going to call today to see about getting 2 houses... 1 - 4 bedroom and 1 - 3 bedroom. If you guys decide soon I might be able to change it to 2 - 4 bedrooms...

But, before I can make the reservations I need to know when everyone is coming in and when you are leaving... Do we need the houses starting Thursday night?

I think Dan is the only one who has given arrival and departure info... Dan, I have you down for arriving Thursday and leaving Sunday, let me know if that is not correct.

Oh, and Thirrrsty you will be here by Thursday too... actually I think you are planning on Wednesday???

Is everyone else going to plan to arrive by Thursday? And how long will you stay?

We have reserved 2 - 3 bedroom houses. Arrival date is Thurs March 27. They are reserved for 3 nights, through Sunday March 30th. If you are staying in town longer you will need to make other arrangements or just extend the stay and keep the house (higher nightly rate then to split of course) or move to one of the hotels on the property. The number to call to check on other possibilities is: 1-800-622-1038.

What you need to do:
You need to call in and give them your credit card number.
Everyone has been assigned a confirmation number. You call the 800 number and ask for reservations then give them your confirmation number and then you can give them your credit card numbers...

The slips are already reserved for Thursday through Monday. Currently we have 10 slips reserved but I will call and change that as soon as we know exactly how many boats we will have. Right now it looks like 6 (7 if H20 and Tbikini make it) Plus I am sure there will be several other members of the Emerald Coast Powerboat club who will come out and run with us! :)
