I've said it before and I'll say it again Raylar has the setup in his 550 smallblocks. They are light weight and bravo xr friendly. I know I know "resale" but if all you are worried about is a fun, wellbuilt and reliable rocket, that is still family friendly, that's the ticket.

yes, but at 25k a piece, there may be a better way for ME.
I think a pr of 475hp sbc in a set up like i'd want, you'd be close to 90mph. A cruise of 65 would be very nice!
btw, am i way off on the speeds? how are the 33s running?
I also think keeping the HP under 1000 combined may help on the insurance.

I'll take this one Steve...Stormrider, with a bone stock pair of 525's w/Bravo XR's swinging some secret formula props 91 MPH and climbin'!! This with 4 guys on board and a full tank of fuel on glass smooth rivah water!! We had to back 'er down or we'd have ended up on Jethros back porch
