I also think your boat is looking way to cool, I even like the black now, it seperates the colors very nicely. I think the fades and your THUNDER STORM name stands out, it looks awesome. I get so excited when I get home from a ****ty day of work and pull up the site to check yours and my boats project out, to instantly putting a big grin on my face and making the rest of my eveving enjoyable. Thank you Steve and Pat at ACTIVE THUNDER

Boat look good. But, has anyone heard from Dan lately? He seems to be in hiding. Perhaps he's overwhelmed by all the color choices for the leather, the Corian, the carpet, etc....

Your boats are looking great. I especially like the boats under construction with the pile of fiberglass for their picture. I never realized the boats were painted before being assembled. I guess that’s how you eliminate the overspray. Is the whole boat then clear coated? Keep the pictures coming.

JASSMAN,
Your dash was posted yesterday. I like the graphics. The idea of watching a boat come together on web is very cool.
Can't wait to see them finished.

Thanks for all the compliments. I was out at a convention in Atlantic City since Monday, and it was too hard to post at night, it would have read something like Jassmans posts,"hrrr wassssssss boatsss, col, girllssss".

They actually paint, then sand, then clear, sand then clear etc...there is almost 2 inches of clear protecting that paint. Once that is all done it is buffed to a mirror finish. It is going to look so killer.

My only suggetion is to give Pat and Steve some creative freedom when it comes to the colors and airbrushing. I did the general design but all of the airbrushing etc was all Pat and Steve and it looks killer.

Thanks again guys and the whole boat, deck and hull should be painted by Monday.

The 2 inches of clearcoat is just a joke, like the last joke I made that I was switiching to a conventional v. It is cleared after it is painted though and buffed to a morror finish.
