For a purchase of this caliber I hope you would make it your business. A wise man will investigate any purchase of this caliber and get insight from as many parties as possible that have done business with said establishment...especially in this day and economy. If it was my purchase I would make sure all key parties involved in designing and building the Adrenaline lines are still involved, I would make sure the company is in sound financial standing, and I would make sure all contracts and warranties are in order and signed off on for both parties before proceeding, etc...
