as for the props, I would assume you have the taken care of by now.
Depending on what type of throttles you have would depend on the adjustments.
But typically there is a small setscrew that can put more tension on the throttle levers. Just be carefull to not overtighen them.
If you take off the rubber grommet it is easier to see down there. Mine was like that after a couple years and just two or three turns they have been fine since :)
