do you have a hatch and need the padding? Or are you missing everything? I have a guy building a hatch for a 31 and a 26, pretty cheap.

for the 3100 its a honeycomb panel wrapped in glass with two scoops. for the 26 he has a mold so it can be layed up pretty light. No pictures yet, but I will take some as soon as he has one of them done. He is doing the 3100 first, no more wood or padding on mine, raising it 4'' so the top will be even with the top of the headrest. He guessed it would weigh in at 60-70lbs. I have no idea what a stock one weighs, but mine was still wet and my boat has been inside for the last six months. He is also going to reinforce the hinge area so it can be through bolted. I will keep yall updated

Through bolt hinge is a good idea and that is huge weight savings over stock. Would love to know more.
