Transom Angle of 98 AO 3100?

I'm looking to get another transom bracket for my 1998 American Offshore 31 ft. Does anyone know the transom angle?

This article says 14 degrees...but I'm not sure if its the same for all years...

My measurements are 14 outer sponsons and 12 inner sponson.
