How is the new boat coming along?

Hey Ittlfli, we are getting down to the wire and I will reserve any comments until I see what happens, but I am getting excited about it.I'll keep ya posted. Last pics about 2 weeks ago I only needed motor drive and rigging so I'm tring to get scott to send me some updated ones, just having trouble getting hold of him.

I was wondering if any one else is having problems with American Offshore(Scott). As you know I ordered a new boat from Scott in July. He was very easy to work with. Well now I have been calling him on a daily basis since 9/27 and He hasn't returned a single call. Secretary tells me every day that she told him I called and he will call me tonight or morning etc;. here we are on oct 5, and I'm suppossed to get boat on 12th, and no return call yet.
I,ve sent the monies as agreed upon, so he has a lot of my money and now I cant get him and no communication.
I really hate doing this but I see no other alternitave at this point. Any suggestions as to how to handle this? I know a lot of you think Scott is a stand up guy as I did.
I have planned vacation, spent money on his promise to deliver and now I dont even know if he is finished with boat.
If any one is close to his shop I would really appreciate if you could just stop by and see if there is even a 26 AO close to being done or even there.
Any suggestions appreciated or attorneys in houston ??
Sorry it has to come to this Scott, but a phone call from you is all I want. If there is a problem with your completing and delivering as promised, all thats needed is for you to be a stand up guy, call me and we can work it out.

Yes I have talked to Scott twice this week at last, and now he is saying boat and delivery will be delayed till end of month. Different issues held it up, so hopefully I will get some pics shortley and we will see.

Did Scott explain why he didn't get back to you in that time period?

Yes reaper he had a reason, and I will accept it for now. Now I will see what happens in the next week or so. For all concerned I am hoping for the best, that all is well and my boat will be finished and delivered as he promised, and this can be chalked up to just one of those things that happens.
I am expecting some pics in the next week showing some progress, so I will wait and see.
