Is the boat sold or going to get remodeled?

I got a deposit two days before leaving for Key West and the potential buyer is flying in this coming weekend for the sea trial. If he does not take it I have another person that offered me a deposit while we were in Key West that I will contact. I obviously did not take the second deposit, but it seemed to be a sincere offer. So, I have deals pending, but we'll have to wait to see what happens.

You seem to have the best luck selling in November, right before you are planning to take boats to Florida:D If I were you I wouldn't start advertising until October from now on. Then you wouldn't have to lower the price so much:D:D

That's right. I believe that your sea trial was a cold one as well. We went out Saturday and it was only 40 degrees!

Other than the cold it went well. The ocean was just bumpy enough to give us a few good flights! :D


We are still working on stuff. I have Jimmy coming to fix a few cosmetic things this coming week that the buyer wanted done and he is working on arranging his insurance, so we have to do a survey for that. Hopefully we can knock out the survey this week and get this thing wrapped up. I'll keep you posted.
