Some of you may be aware of the benefit fun run that occurred that past weekend in Naples, Florida. The fun run was held to benefit Jennifur Molter, the lone survivor of a boating accident on January 6th off Marco Island. Jennifur is a 16 year old young lady who is looking to pursue her education. As a result of the accident, she lost her mother, sister, brother, and hers sister's fiance. As of this morning, the total raised for the Jennifer Molter Trust fund is just over $25,000.

Apache Powerboats (Mark McManus) has generously donated a number of clothing items that raised $600 at the auction on Saturday. The final piece, a CNC machined Billet Apache Logo was held out of the auction because it was felt that there would be much more interest among the members on this forum. The suggested value is $1000.

The logo is shown below. We have an opening offer of $500 as of this morning. Please contact me via PM or email if you have interest in the logo.

It is my opinion that this piece should bring $800. However, that's my opinion and I have a realistic idea of the value of my opnion in this case :) What really matters is the collective opinion of all the people who would like to have this piece on display. The logo sparks great conversations and the auction is for a very good cause.

I would agree with Tom. I saw it last week and I think it is worth every bit of that money maybe even more. The Apache brand seems to have so much nostalgic value to it. What a better way to display the pride of ownership of such a classic name. And its for a good cause to top it off
