Here is a picture from that race. That was a good time! OC Barry is in the back, holding the flag.

I had experience with Mark Adams selling my Apache.

While I have no complaints, it turned out that his suggested price was more than double what the market would support. And that was more than 10 years ago.

He was not alone: Ralph Martin and McM told me the same thing. Well intentioned, but way too optimistic.

If he says $220,t he "right" number is probably more like $100

No offense, but true.

In today's market, I'd be very surprised if you will get $100K.

Better to keep it and make the changes you need., IMO.

Or as Carl with WarHawk said.......it was 1/2 the cost to completly redo the boat as opposed to building a new one and now it's good for another 15years.

It's boating vs. Passion Do the right thing and keep that bad boy and upgrade it to your likings.

Jon
not that I have any say in this, But there is alot of truth in the above coment. It is a beautiful boat and even if you do the change's there isn't anything out there like it and to me that is pricless. I can only dream of haveing what you have there. good luck to ya. very tough dission
