Default 41' Speeds??

What type of speeds can you expect from a 41 with:

750 hp
850 hp
950 hp

Thanks.

On that hypothetical 12.5K boat...

750 hp= 74 to 76
850 hp= 78 to 82
950 hp= 84 to 88

Obviously this depends on how well the boat is tweaked

We have 850's and we've seen 83.5 so far, with speed still climbing when we backed off the throttles.

Depends on the boat. Six Pack(race) or pleasure. Theres a 10 to 12mph difference between a race 41 and one with a cabin. The weights can really vary on 41's, each one is unique

Pleasure

By the way Tank, our survey says our boat, dry, weighs 13,500 lbs. Now, not sure how they got that number so not sure how accurate that number is. We are thinking of getting it weighed when we pull it this week just so we know and we are down to less than 1/4 tank of fuel, so it will be dry weight.

Rob is making a call to McManus in the next week and he's going to ask about the weight because we'd like to know what we're dealing with, but still feel to know 100% is to just weigh it.

Yea, good point on just getting it weighed. It's a towing issue is why I'm asking. Boat needs to be drug back to Cali, trying to figure out what we need to tow it.

You'll be fine with that. We pulled ours with a 3/4 ton GMC and had no issues, however that was only for a few hours. Our Apache on an Eagle trailer towed better than our 31' Stinger.
