You are right, but they are hard to sell. My deal just fell through today after weeks of work thanks to a surveyor that didn't know what she was looking at. This is the third time that I have had it sold and the deal fell through due to financing. This recent guy was only financing part of the money, but thanks to the surveyor he cannot get what he needs. Anyhow, I have a few other people that claimed to want it when we were in Key West, so I am going to e-mail them to see if they are ready to jump or if they are full of sh*t. Here we go again!

.....I've been trying to get Rob (Sacred Ground) to take it. He wants to go racing and has talked several times about getting the old INXS 47, doing some rehab work to it and racing that. I keep telling him that for $10K more than what they are asking for INXS, he could have my boat. It's already dialed in and ready to run!

We are still working on some stuff. I found a surveyor on the SAMS web site that knows high performance stuff. He did a new survey and we may still be able to save the deal. We'll see what happens.
