I like the red and black.

Man I love the 41 Apache. I hope one day I can buy a classic race 41. I have never even been in one for a ride but it is such a cool boat especially in race configuration with the 6pack and staggered engines.

I'll probadly still have mine when you are ready. A full staggered race 6 pack 41 is very fun to run and ride in, the only thing better is Kemosabe in Big water.

It's very sad.

These great boats will never be worth anything in the future.

It's a combination of today's economy, plus the age of these old treasures.

I'd say, if you need to sell, and you have new power and drives, grab any offer over $100K.

If you don't need to sell right now, keep and enjoy your little piece of history.
If you do need to sell, face the facts: time and circumstances have passed you by.

None will ever see $100K again, even if they're perfect.

It's for sale, not must sell, Grand Haven's noise problem has been a big turn off for me. That why I sold my lift for her,I may keep her up in northern michigan next summer. We are up north almost everyweekend at our vaction cottage. These boats are super fun to run.

I dont know Pete, once this economy turns around I'm sure things will seem different, just as muscle cars got out of control and then came down, the same thing will happen with these again. To me Apaches, especially ones with race heritage are the SS Chevelles, and the 69 Camaros of the boat world, the fact that their are less of them is one thing, and it takes someone that is willing to put a little more effort into them. most people these days want turn key bling. Steve and Paul know which way I'm heading......I have my eye on one to resurrect...

The last time I saw the boat it question, a major portion of the bottom came off in North Carolina, I think is where it was...
