If I remember that boat had a delamination problem I think it went to Art Lillys shop and was fixed the boat was sold a little while later the guy stepped up to a 35 cig

Nice looking boat!! the interior looks ruff!! but overall not bad. Funny that the boat has Delaware registration #'s and it is located in Cape coral, FL

Alot of boats in my area used to have DE Title
It had something to do w/ taxes or insurance.
That may not apply to this 28. It was usually bigger sportfishers you saw it on.

I know, It is because we have no sales Tax in Delaware and alot of people used to register thier boat here with P.O. Boxes, but that has been stopped!! I just thought it was funny that I had a 28 Apache in Delaware and I have a place in Cape Coral, FL
