What was the speed they achieved in 1999 before rolling? I heard 135+

I dont think so bro....first there isn't enough water in the bay to run that speed at 90-100 you had to do some hard turns to keep from docking in someones living room!!!! Call Jack Clark he will tell you the story!!!!
