I have finally got my Apache I have been wanting.

Siezed inboards, total wreck inside, been stood for 4 years apparently, out in the elements, lots of work and money.

Can anyone identify it from the HIN number below?

Lets see: Saccenti built (not the saccenti that just set up business in OHIO :lolhit: Toasty knows what I am talking about.:evilb:) 45' long. Hull number 001, built in november of 1988 and is a 1989 model.

I'm guessing you you bought the old kid apache boat?

ran it three times in october when i got it, and i loved it. i cant wait for summer to get here. the boat is just amazing in the snotty stuff. now i finally understand why everybody loves these boats so much.

I would say owner is a bit of a stretch on that one. They say follow the money and that will show who the real owners are. I think those that put up the coin are wishing they would have vetted the alleged Apache owner in question a bit more :grinser010:

The biggest fact is that I was the person who banned you. No one else made the call. Just me. Not one mod has ever been axed and no one else has been banned that didn't really, really deserve it. That being said, you have gotten bad information, so STFU. The reason that I banned you were the following:

1. You had two screen names and posted under both of them. Those names were Toasty and hannibal41 (isn't that ironic with the whole 41 thingy):rolleyes: Do you still have the hannibal41 screen name here as well? I wonder who pavlov is??

2. In a lame attempt to sound like a lawyer, you tried to intimidate me like you were some tough guy and then you threatened me with legal action while lying your azz off about your alter ego that supposedly owned a 41 Apache.

3. Once I presented you with all of the damning evidence that I had acquired about your lies, you semi-apologized and then lied again. It was at that point that I banned you. No one else was involved, so once again, STFU.

You started this thread with regards to whether or not he owned the 41'. I also have wondered this (as well as some other stuff) because most people take pics of their boats and I have only seen one pic of the alleged 41'. Though you read it that way I meant no harm or foul towards you. Or the alleged 41' owner for that matter. I am just curious whether or not the boat exists.


Ironic thing is the only pic anyone has seen of the alleged 41' has a center hatch which the 41' named "alter ego" also has.

The truth will all come out in the end. For now I will enjoy my popcorn.

I truly want to thank you guys. There couldn't be a worse way to promote Serious than for people to see what doesn't happen over there. As far as phony profiles I think that if oso looked back through my login history they could see that there was a problem that I couldn't get my password to work (worked flawlessly for 6 years). I even had them issue new passwords several times along the way but still was only able to log in rarely. So, I lurked for 4-6 months until I saw this and wanted to comment. I tried to log in and wouldn't let me so I set up a new user name so I could. At no point was I using two names at the same time (hell, one wouldn't even work).

Speed girl was kind enough to fix it and all appears to be good.

Time will work this drama out and eventually things will be obvious one way or the other. If they pan out one way I am man enough to apologize for making an assumption based upon inconsistancies that threw up a flag in my eyes and if they pan out the other way than I would say someone else should be apologizing.

Simple as that.

I'll address a couple things here being as my name was brought into it;

And for Chris, at what point in time do you accept the responsibility for your own words and actions? face it it falls squarely on your shoulders and yours alone. This has been going on for years as my word document showed only a portion of your posts, again they are YOUR words, no one else, typed from your own hands and spoken from your mouth. how long did you really think you could carry on your charade? Like Big Scotty and Fred and LDD, it's only a matter of time until those that are liars are outed.
As for secret names or me coming on here or any other site under any other name I will assure you I have no problem saying things to anyone under my own name as I will face to face. I would no sooner do that as I would pretend to be someone I am not out to impress people on an internet forum, I guarantee you I am as real as anyone gets, like me or not, I'm not the one looking over my shoulder for spreading untruths. I stand by every statement I have said about you and to you, the burden of proof is on you, my money is on the fact you can prove nothing. The reason I say that is because APH was saccenti's hid and the 45' would have been built by kramer (whom Mark obviously worked for). As far as more than one 45', technically the kid apache was the only 45'
