The 41' Apache Running Bear was indeed stolen, I am unable to locate the classified you are referencing, I am not all that familiarized with OffshoreOnly.com and would appreciate the classified. if you look at the pics you can see the hatch in the corner, also if you look at thegimbal ring, and compare it ti one of the pics it looks the same, but all of the liekafer ones did.

This is clearly the same boat, or at least the same parts from that boat. If the hatches are in the pictures, the boat most likely isn't more than a few feet away. Unknow if the seller knows it's hot though, although...

I wasnt thinking about the current owner that was parting it out.
There is someone on here working for an insurance company to find the boat.
That tells me there was a payout.
Who got paid out ??

So...let me get this straight:
This Apache gets stolen, never to be seen again (until a couple days ago), the former owner (victim) settles with insurance and now the parts show up on OSO for sale?
