Love to know the story on this. Was at a dealer north of the border (I think they bought it for 48k last time it was listed).

No doubt... It was a dealer in Canada that had bought it. I persume he is who defaulted on it. Do you remember what it went for last time? I thought it was something 48k and I thought the hrs were higher so maybe that dealer did a rebuild. It's too bad because Bubba took really good care of it, Tony Montana didn't have it very long and then it was at national. I would love to know where the trailer that Tony had built for it went to.

Shouldn't be anything wrong with it. I'd say 70-72mph depending on air temp etc.

I was all over it in September, it was pretty clean for just sitting in the lot, and a litlle bit of elbow grease and it would probably look showroom.
It was listed for 89k there-- down from 119k i think. I talked with Kennedy and he said he was going to pull it down to Florida in order to get the right money for it...
It wasn't going to do what i wanted power wise -- otherwise i would have looked at a deal on it.
Do i understand that this is the second time it went through NL? They also had Snakedance there that they picked up from NL in Cleveland, which is now on the East Coast. I think they probably picked it up for around 50k also.

War Party looks to be a nice boat -- a little rash on the bottom but nothing bad. I have some pics if someone would like -- I can forward them.
When you consider that tribal law in burnt form went to 44k, this seems like it could be a deal...

I'm not sure I would compare anything based on what some crack-head paid for that F'd-up boat! I still can't believe someone paid that kind of money for that thing!!!

Correct, second time through NL. I am pretty sure it was Mid Summer of 2009 when it sold and went to the dealer in Canada (I could have sworn it went for 48k). That dealer than listed it for $119k and had a hilarious ad stating that the boat was built by Mcmanus and would run 85mph LOL.

Then the other day I was looking at boat trader and noticed the NL ad with the boat being there again.

Hopefully she finds a good home..

How does NL work? Can a dealer run something through them and keep control over it or is it a clearing house?
I've seen a lot of boats go through there and it seems lit they can go for a decent price, or sit there forever. Ie the top gun that was at LCM, without engines.
Just wondering...
