no, apache heritage started out as a 47, but the fact that it was a sit down they couldn't see over the bow, so it was split and cut down which made it closer to 45'... there was only 1 intentional 45 built and that was kid apache/rds... (this is para-phrased, omar originally posted the story here so search it)
