Reggie 10-23-2011 08:43 PM

Great looking paint job on the boat, she's a beauty

kvogt 10-24-2011 09:20 AM

Bob was a boat whore this summer and took a little break from the project. After Key West it will be all hands on deck to get her done.

I'll see if I can get some pics to post.

Really like this boat!

bobo1 10-30-2011 12:10 PM

Awesome!! What year is that 41?

Comanche3Six 10-30-2011 04:00 PM

Some updates would be nice.....Excellent choice in paint! 3's are fine.....3A's are better yet! A great, usable powerboat all the way around.

Here is a pic of one of the motors - not finished yet.

I'll run over by the boat right now and shoot a couple pics.

More pics. Not much has changed since the end of June.

The boat is a 1989 I think.

As far as the drives - Bob is watching for a set of 3As, I told him 3s won,t last too long.

After Key West stuff will be happening fast, we'll try and put some timely pics up.

Thanks
Kris Vogt

For the Apache experts. This thing does not seem to hold very much fuel. It has a front and rear tank, rear tank seems to be about 80 gallons. How big is the front?

was that bill westley's boat?
very nice work

baywatch 07-31-2012 07:25 PM

Do you have any updated interior shots? As Far as the tanks are concerned I always thought the back tank was larger but something doesn't sound right if it is only 80. Mine is only a 36' and it holds 194gallons.
Maybe they removed a tank at some point or something.

Ike 07-31-2012 07:39 PM

Looks great, my 89 41 holds 120gals in front and rear tanks.

kvogt 08-01-2012 10:03 AM

Working on getting some interior pics, I don't have any.

We are sure the rear tank holds no where near 125 gallons, so maybe that tank has been changed. Bob is taking her to the gas station today and filling both tanks to the gills.
