Well put. I can think of a few other members that have expressed similar sentiments. Starting to remind me of a Darr or a Sunkin.

If he could only see all the LOL texts that go back and forth each time he makes a post.

The Darr and Sunkin remarks would hold water, except, he hasn't screwed everyone out of money, borrowed and never returned property, and/or lied about his boat ownership ect. The fact is...Its a buyers market and when buying any boat with larger power, its always a good idea to leave some room in the price you pay for freshening. In the case of Only Rumors, judging by the posts in the General Discussion forum by the 1st owner of First Mohican, I would be on the extreme cautious side before trusting the credibility of the owner. Buyer Beware!!!

How long a person looks for a boat should be immaterial. Whether they are happy with the purchase they make should be the issue.

I agree with Josh/baywatch. I have seen and read you posts on the boats and I find them insulting to the owners, what you pay for a boat is private and conditions of boats vary, what one person finds unacceptable another person may not worry about it. Unfortunately after reading what you wrote about them, you remind me of a few of the boat-less bottom feeders that post on here, you know, the ones that never buy a boat because its not cheap enough or perfect.

X4... I agree that it's certainly a buyer's market, but some things are best taken care of outside the internet chat rooms.

Well there you go Baywatch's LOTO peanut gallery has spoken, funny didn't see any input from any of you before he must have been busy burning up the phone lines last night. Well the masses have spoken and Baywatch you help me eliminate two boats off of my list so the Gradys can thank you for that. Good luck to all of you and thanks to the ones that actually gave me good advice.

Wow, dude get your head out of your ass, everyone gave you the same advice, how many times do they have to write it? You did the right thing by going and looking where you screwed up was posting and ragging on everyone that you saw...did you really think that if the owner that was maybe considering offers that he/they would do it after you rip them on here? I've never owned an Apache, but i have listened and learned over the years from the builders owners and people that have. I respect the history and the owners boats, of course not everyone is to my liking, but I would never put in print the things you did, it's simple etiquette or having class, or in your case, not... carry on.

Indeed sir.... And if I were about to drop 150k PLUS on a powerboat, I wouldn't care if it was Honest Abe Lincoln, I would want receipts and contacts, and a survey. In the case of these two boats ( ONLY RUMORS, MOHICAN ), luckily you have paper trails with all service points, dates, contacts, service done, HOURS. You can choose not beleive a word spoken by the owners. BUT you can simply write down the who's and whens and call them up, and ask for faxes off all the receipts from the vendors, as well as the owners. You'll find everything is in PERFECT order, and they will even have photo docs so you can look at pictures while you read along ( always fun). I even have some of those photos myself.

Whats cool about high end powerboats. EVERY GOOD owner will have the same COMPREHENSIVE documentation. These are high end toys. If you don't have this.... something is a miss.
