They're about 1K lbs lighter than mine and no plywood.
I spoke with the owner of Blue Moon a few years ago. He said he has it running 95+ mph with 800's on SCX's.
My boat ran 91.2 mph yesterday and I have 850's on BMax's.

I did a FPC poker run in 2002 and there was a twin step Apache with Red, whit abnd blie paint. Boat ran about as fast as my Cig, it did have an advantage over my boat, Bobby S was driving it!

I was in my buddys boat a few years ago running next to Blue Moon in a poker run, he was maxing about 93 then, we were doing 97 at the time... that boat runs good, I'm sure its faster now...
