http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/bod/3313010612.html |
didn't no they had step's ?
It's actually a 37, I think there were 4 built. 2 are in new Hampshire, number 2 and 3 I think.
It looks like it is really clean, how do they run with the steps?
From what I have heard, it runs very well. It is a super clean boat. My Pops is friends with the seller.
How have I never seen this boat JR.????
How can this boat do 86mph?? 9600 lbs with HP500s is the same as my Cafe - and I'm only in the low 80s :lolhit:
Steps are a plus, but still..... A beautiful boat though. |

Nice boat!
That's a awesome boat, I would love to have it.
Pretty boat, I like the paint job
I love it!! Nice and classic. Speed wise I would say it should run comparable to a ts tg. I wish mine was a twin step warrior.
Alittle pricey for that boat IMO.......
What? It's only $100,000 more than the last one sold for :eekdrop:
I like the paint, very tastefully done.
Last year one sold how much? When I am looking for boats where are all these steals? I was thinking it might be a little high but I think depends on a survey and maintainence records also hr meter read out from ecu. Someone should buy it stagger it and make it a 6 pack with cabin. Then run a ts tg in some rough stuff. Before I start a sh:t storm, I also love cigarettes but I will take always take a Apache over them or anything.

Yep search 37 stepped apache. Sold in Nh for right around 50k, and as far as I know the other team apache boat in that thread can be bought for high 70's

The new owner bought for 51,000 I believe. It was bought at auction in former police trim for a bit less. After the auction almost $10,000 was spent hauling it home wet sanding and buffing the entire boat, putting a trailer under it, new decals, and cockpit cover.

yup and here it is before and after

I saw that one in a thread also but I didn't know it sold for that kind of money, wow seems like a pretty good deal. I wonder how many hrs are on that one? How many ts 37s were made? How many are still floating around? I dont think high 70s or low 80s seem unrealistic. With 502s i have seen high 70s no matter the load, saw 83 couple times with 3 people and 1/2 tank of fuel without a cooler or any gear except bare essentials. We were doing shake down runs and touching the rev limiters a couple with good chop on lake Winnebago. I think 37s are very nice looking machines. I have never ridden or driven one, I won't mind the chance though. I hoping the weather holds up for tomorrow so I can run it one last time.

Blue moon ran 82 with Merc 500's with the single step. The other single step ran 90 at lake x with the merc 575's. These stepped 36/37's are a lot lighter then the old ones.
The f2 stripped boat runs just over 90 with 500's and the one pictured above runs mid 80's. Motors were fresh from innovation. As far as I know there were 4 of them. 2 are in new Hampshire.
Theres only 2 single steps and 2 of my buddies own them one here in gh michigan and on in vigrinia.
Well how do they handle? Why so few? Why the change from single to twin so quick?

I spoke with the owner of Blue Moon a few years ago. He said he has it running 95+ mph with 800's on SCX's. My boat ran 91.2 mph yesterday and I have 850's on BMax's.:evilb: |
