Default Stepped 37 mold??

Was there a separate mold built for the stepped 37's? Like the f2-36 boat. Anyone know what happened to the molds? I rode and ran the f2 boat yesterday, what a machine! Handles like a straight bottom but efficiency of the steps. Prob the best running boat I've been in.

Yes, I was working on it with him the past 2 weeks and we took it out last night. If I had the cash I would have taken it home.

Perfect weather to try out the Apache! Nice rollers pretty evenly spaced. No chop or whitecaps.

I believe step was a mold insert, not a seperate mold and was incorporated into the Chief design. I don't think you can get it anymore. I'm not totally sure but that's my best guess. You'd have to ask Bobby.

I'd hate to bother him, but I have a ton of questions about this hull. Can't help but wonder how it would run with 700's and nxt's

I'd love to have a stepped 36'. That one in ohio looks real nice but the price is a bit steep IMO.
