trim/ drive indicators

I know I posted before abt this but maybe id get a hit this time..... has anyone replaced the cables on their 36 apache? Ive looked over and over for the number written but no such luck.

Just did the drive set in mine the port is 24 the stb is 21 I would measure the distance from Drive Indic hole to trim hole and add a foot can always tuck extra behind the dash. Panther just did his also mine is a 2000 T/S but am under the impression it's a std. 36 with a step insert

The port side tab is a 24' but I used a 23' and it worked fine. The starboard side tab is an 18'.
Don't do what I did with using a pull string to chase the cables through the tube. Go to lowes/home depot and get yourself a union and thread both cables together. It's a 2 person job.
Also, be very careful taking the indicator panel apart. The pins and springs can fall behind the dash and you'll never be able to find them. I keep a few springs and pins in my tool box for just such occasions. ;-)
