Anyone know this boat?
 

1995 36 Apache. Merc 900's and 3A's. Owner and I have reached a mutual price. Looking at info info I should know before I truck to Florida for it. He says it's beautiful yet a few buddies from the area tell me otherwise. Doing my do diligence... Anyone got info??

isnt that what surveys are for??

I know what I'm looking for and most of surveyors don't. I'm interested in any history, etc. I had to deal with many surveyors coming to look at my stuff I'm not going to do that to the seller. Just wondering if anyone knows the boat.

It was down in the islands for a few years, then stayed by lake Lanier by Atlanta for years. Sold a few times probably 6/8 years ago. Sat out side for years behind Tony's shop by the lake after the 2 nod owner purchased a 42 Outterlimits

I believe it was Bobby's 1995 Miami show boat.

Ok cool cool. Ya I was concerned about the salt and chasing gremlins that comes along with that and he said it's a Lanier boat but only been in Florida for 2 years or so. When you said it sat outside, covered? Neglected or just stored and not used for a few years? The photos looks beautiful but at the same time we all know photos can be deceiving and I just don't want to drive to Florida to find out the boat isn't what I thought. I'm looking to buy the boat just to own and not totally rip apart and redo haha

It was just not used, it's never great to just leave them out side. It was covered,but I'd still have somebody like Ed Cozzi survey it.

Anyone else have any info on it? Seen it run? Etc ?says it'll run 92-93... That sound accurate?

I saw this boat some years ago at HAULOVER Marina, looked pretty rough from the salt/corrosion. It was in a rack there.
