Pow Wow is alive and well. She went through a extensive refit last winter and most of this year. Upgraded the power to 900s and removed bravos and put in all new imco SCX drives.. Dropped some coin but man what a sweet running and riding boat. I think my 13yr old boy loves it more! This winters project is to have Dave from T&D custom paint to add some new color and we will be rocking for next yr. thanks to nykamp for the detail work this spring!

It was my pleasure to detail her, can't wait to see her after T&D paints her.

Awesome! How fast does it run with that power?

Seems the step is worth at least 10 mph over flat bottom? I'm mid 90's with my straight bottom with Bmax's and 1.30 gear ratio. 950hp a side. I never really dialed it in, just box stock props.

Have to ask why the 1;30 ratio?
Strength?

When I bought the BMax drives (2007) that's all they had.

Went from 32" props down to 26"
I actually picked up cruise speed like 2-3mph but lost a few mph up top. With a 1.5 ratio, I think it would be a 100mph boat with stock props.

Oh well, I don't blow up drives any more so I've been really happy since 2007... Not so happy in 2005 and 2006!!

Finished this year out with Pow Wow... had a great season of boating. We got the new Sterlings dialed in and
did some minor other upgrades and she is pretty much perfect!! She runs a consistent 104mph and has seen
best of 107mph. Still has more in the tank I feel with some more prop testing, but man she's fast enough!
shes tucked away now for hibernation and going up for sale. If anyone is interested, please email me at [email protected]. The boat needs nothing. We are looking for a big cruiser as wife wants to slow down
i would consider a 41 six pack boat as it's on my bucket list (wife will just have to understand) so trades considered. Hate the thought of leaving the tribe but thought I'd see if there is any interest out there !
