I've been quiet for a long time now and I've read enough b.s. On these threads that I don't even want to post anything on here anymore but I'm going to set the record straight about Midas and island racer. I, not Tim found it sitting in a rack at TNT , told Phil I was interested and Phil put the deal together. I bought the boat, not Tim. Yes Tim was one of my best friends and yes I was going to make Tim a partner on multiple boat deals. Didn't work out and I will leave it at that. I traded king Midas to Paul for island racer which is now warlord, the first name. Paul owns Midas and painted it the same as his old apache jh electric. Phil, I like you but tone it down a bit... I know both sides of that story too. This can get real nasty or it can be ended right here, I choose the second

Kevin and I went down to buy a top gun. Boat was junk. We stopped at lipship. Found midas in TNT warehouse. We told Phil we were interested in it. Drove back to NY. 3 weeks later we went back down and bought Midas. I never thought Kevin would screw me over so the paperwork went in his name since it was done over the phone and I was driving the truck at the time. We bought Midas to flip cus it was only 65grand. We traded it to Paul for island racer. Paul started drama. After 3 months I got my initial 40k investment back from Kevin when the loan for the boat finally went through. Made a couple payments and since the paperwork was in Kevin's name he got pissed off when I helped his brother sell his boat and he decided to cut me out of the deal we had on the boats. Some friend huh. Funny thing is I still have the check stub I got from him even tho I put up cash and every pic from both trips to Florida was my truck. Go figure that one out.
