The boat has the same basic lay up as Star Chaser only reason the deck is so flimsy is it is missing the top of the bulkheads they only go half way up the sides on 2 or 3 so you have a big span with nothing.
As for the speed it should hunt 100mph with 900hp with the right set up crash boxes and dry sump 6s. I was under the deck on it hunted around awhile ago. |

The deck had no coring (wood) in it. The boat was front end light. It may have been supported later on , dk. I heard 10,500 lbs. None of the early 41's had wood, late 87, 88 is when they added the extra support. If you look at the early ones you will see they crack across the deck from side to side
