The boat has the same basic lay up as Star Chaser only reason the deck is so flimsy is it is missing the top of the bulkheads they only go half way up the sides on 2 or 3 so you have a big span with nothing.
As for the speed it should hunt 100mph with 900hp with the right set up crash boxes and dry sump 6s. I was under the deck on it hunted around awhile ago.
