Is This boat near Kansas City? If so, I would love to check it out sometime.

Have you ran it yet with new engines? I would run it first and see how the rpm/speed/ cruise looks compared to the earlier combination. Then you have the data to make a real guess...Which 41' is it? side by side or staggered, full cuddy? Most of them like a bigger diameter prop, some like 5 blades... it really depends on the set up --- trial and error.

What's your drive height?

for reference: I am running a similar setup on #5 drives, old Top Gun side by side, should be pretty close. Drive setups have been -1.0" and 0.0" from bottom spinning out

18" x 30" props - better to get on plane and good cruise around 60mph @ 3600 RPM, 70mph @ 4000 RPM?
18" x 32" props - poor to get on plane excellent cruise around 65mph @ 3600 RPM, 75mph @ 4000 RPM?

If your propshaft centerline is below the bottom, you can run 17" or 17.5" props

It's at LOTO.
Previous owner also had it on LOTO for about 10 years
