I did work for "Apache", oe facsimile therof, and never received payment. I have two deadbeat clients, US Navy, and "Apache". You do the work, you expect payment. I guess perhaps I have unrealistic expectations. It is a new world out there......

There are other avenues to persue, rather than blasting them on the internet. If the Navy didn't pay you, there must be more to the story. They are good about paying their bills. As far as Apache goes, there seems to be more to the story as well. Something I do not want and will not get in the middle of.
The people on this forum take their boats VERY SERIOUS! Running down the name and builder of their' boat will only SERIOUSLY PISS THEM OFF.
Just giving you fair warning.
I would suggest dealing with this in another way.

Indeed the Apache line is magnificent! I do NOT arbitrarily throw words around. Other avenues have been attempted, and unlike the Navy, this could be effective. Message boards tend to be rallying points and back patting entities, so I know I enter a potential hornets nest by saying ANYTHING negative. I will assure everyone that reads this, everything I say is true, and I figure everything I say gets to them, AND I have attempted to say it to them personally. All I can say to anyone now, is be careful who you jump into bed with, because we are one company that did not do this.
I guess we just wait and wait til their ready to meet their obligation, now months and months down the road. COD would have been the correct choice.
