I talked with Bobby and Eric, and they apologized for building us a "resin bucket". But it sure is an awesome well built "resin bucket".

Thank you Nykamp. I just want this done right, I can't even imagine letting any of the local idiots touch her. I started a thread in the Apache forum if anyone has any info.

SGrady,
THAT is one beautiful boat!
Also, I got your message, thanks for the suggestion.
Eric, The reason I was asking about the 28 that was for sale was actually for Lotoparty. He's been "looking" at a few, so maybe you guys could hook him up with one of the better "buckets O resin" so he can bring some tradition and history to the midwest.

ok, so the original crew has the trademark name and logo registered and seems to have the overwhelming support of the Apache "crowd" which is probably the most important thing because in my book, that is called "client base". so what is stopping bobby and eric from producing a new boat if they wanted to and calling it Apache Powerboats with full legal, historical, sentimental... right. Is that why the new owner is getting a little nervous?
