Scott she is looking sweet, and David she looks awsome. Warparty 36 PM TONTO he has a guy that I believe did the origanals and know has his own shop or PM Bobby he will line you up or LITTLE TOMMY probadly has a Phone #.

Eric, The reason I was asking about the 28 that was for sale was actually for Lotoparty. He's been "looking" at a few, so maybe you guys could hook him up with one of the better "buckets O resin" so he can bring some tradition and history to the midwest.

ok, so the original crew has the trademark name and logo registered and seems to have the overwhelming support of the Apache "crowd" which is probably the most important thing because in my book, that is called "client base". so what is stopping bobby and eric from producing a new boat if they wanted to and calling it Apache Powerboats with full legal, historical, sentimental... right. Is that why the new owner is getting a little nervous?
