Would appreciate any information on known 28 apache boats for sale. My valet storage is limited to 28' LOA and I am looking to upgrade my 27 fountain to a 28' boat with twins. Any comments on rough water capability of 28 would be great.

The 28 Apaches weigh close to 8500 lbs wet.Definately a superior 28 foot boat compared to others that size as far as rough water capability.Stock 502's normally put you in the low to mid seventies.

here is one i looked into recently. from the pics ive seen it looks to be in great shape. the problem is he is firm on his price and doesnt have any records of the MRD engine work. no way to verify if good parts were used in the motors.

the arrows on that boat would have to go. Can they be painted over easily with white imron paint?

I've have not seen it, but I heard that his cabin is in "like new" condition.

Yes it is a full race set up down below.It is a 50/50 cabin.50 % perfect 50 % not there Real raceboats dont have cabins anyway
