LOL Ron goes with the territory here..

ApacheCarl 02-29-2004 06:14 PM

Question still remains Steve,

If you are such a good boat builder why do have to misrepresent the facts and show boats on your website that you or the company you bought did not build.

Thats a fact.

Seems to me a good boat builder would let there boats do the talking, not try to ride the coattails of other peoples work. You can call me a Cretin all you want, but I have never posted anything on this board that is false. Prove me wrong, tell me what I have posted that is false. Fact is you can't. Any of the old school owners of Apaches know the truth.

Dementia: What Are the Common Signs?

What is dementia?
Dementia is a problem in the brain that makes it hard for a person to remember, learn and communicate. After a while, this makes it hard for the person to take care of himself or herself.

Dementia may also change a person's mood and personality. At first, memory loss and trouble thinking clearly may bother the person who has dementia. Later, disruptive behavior and other problems may start. The person who has dementia may not be aware of these problems.

How many Apaches does Carl have to own before he knows the history? For some unknown reason, I believe he has owned one or two.

Why would Apache Carl's post count have anything to do with his knowledge? That is ignorance. Plain and Simple. He has valid questions. What's wrong with answering them?

BattleCry 02-29-2004 07:46 PM

Apache Carl registered in January of 2002. He is also a PAYING MEMBER!

WHO CARES HOW MANY OR HOW OFTEN HE POSTS ON THIS FORUM?

What a narrow-minded jerk.

Highest standards? I hope they are better than your personal standards.....Steve1: The one man Anti-PR team for the boat company formerly called Apache, but isn't called Apache anymore.

You see Steve won't answer the questions. The truth is not convienient.

Once again steve, this is not hard, please answer the questions:

Why do you guys display pictures on your website of boats you did not build?

Why do you guys leave the impression that you own the "apache" name when the governments own website(USTPO) says differently?

I've had the honor of running an Apache 41 for the last 15 years and I would hate to see the name soiled.

Yes I only have 6 posts, but remember, its not the number of posts you have, its how you use them.

I'll await your response to these 2 simple questions, please respond.

Offshoreracr 02-29-2004 10:03 PM

Steve 1, your in quick sand and every time you open your mouth you seem to go deeper and deeper in. It may be time to quit before you drown.

IceAngel 03-01-2004 08:56 AM

Mr. Koss-

I understand that emotions run high when you feel like you are the only defender in a land of non-believers. However, Sean made NO threats just an inquiry about items that were left and that you said you would recover for him. Keep in mind that Sean and I stood behind you to the best of our ablility when things were bad. He just would like to know where his brochures, pictures, and various other pieces of memorabilia are. That is a resonable request not a threat.

Please take this piece of friendly advice.

By coming on here and speaking to people the way you are, you are not doing Apache or yourself any good. Just put out a product that is worthy of Apache history if you can, and let that speak for you and the company

Thank you

Mrs. Stinson

If steve 1 continues to not answer and Carl continues to ask for a simple response, how long will it be before Carl has enough posts to earn the answer from Steve1. Stay tuned for another chapter of Apache powerboats. Or whatever you call them.

ApacheCarl 03-01-2004 01:00 PM

whats your take on the flip in the chesapeake? Ive seen your boat pointing to the sky when it was new and Montano had it. It certainly recovered nicely, if you go with the cat, get canopies or canapes on the dock. Buckk

it has been bothering me all day actually. After losing three good friends on a 36 skater in 2002, and now this I really just sat back and thought if i really need to have a cat? i stared at my boat for 2 hrs tonight liking the fact that i haven't got rid of it. If i had a cat would i respect the speed? if its there you want to test it and cats aren't forgiving?

Something a few of us have pondered. I agree, it is a case of can you learn to respect the speed.

Really makes you think.

buckknekkid 03-01-2004 09:01 PM

wise choice

I 've stuffed a lot of boats but now I have grand children and a sport fish. the desire is always there but the brain has counted my odds. ;) I am rethinking the cat idea too

Nauti Kitty 03-03-2004 09:07 AM

Seems to me the tough thing is that last weekends accident was with a guy driving who obviously knew how to run at high speeds. Thats a little scary.

buckknekkid 03-03-2004 11:15 AM

consider this

what is the effect of a head wind on a cat?
