"While others focus on bettering their past, we focused on the future."
It's one of those pictures that you have to stare at for awhile to see the boat. |

Steve,
I'm an old Apache 41 customer, a few weeks ago a friend told me about this new "Apache" boat company and gave me the Web address. Something doesn't add up. First, how can you claim your heritage includes all these 41 and 47 apaches.??? These boats didn't come from your company. Most of the boats pictured on your website were built by Marc McManus. McManus built all the 41's and 47's since early 1987(he built ours in 1988) and still builds Apache's today. It seems to me you guys are trying to take credit for work you didn't do. Not a flame, just an observation. Secondly, How are you guys using the "Apache" trademark ?????? I went to the United States Patent and Trademark Office website and did a search(isn't the internet great). The name "Apache" for boats is registration # 0706228. The website shows Mark McManus as the holder of this trademark. If anybody doesn't belive me just go to this website and look for yourself. This isn't a flame post, just asking some questions. Please respond if you have time. |
