why is it that the apache trademark ownership question was not answered by the expert.he calls himself steve1.?

how would Steve 1 know....he's just an employee of a company that used to be called Apache, but isn't now.

for start try www.apacheraceboat.com , it sort of claered it up . put all the bits and pieces togeather.
