WETKITTY - As the records indicate, Mr. Allen decided to reimburse you for your deposit, when all else failed - something he did not have to participate in. And your comments really show your appreciation!

Something he did not have to participate in???

Are you nuts?

Returning my deposit was probably the only intelligent thing Thad did since he bought Warrior from Eric & Bob

Warrior powerboats had my deposit. Mr. Allen bought Warrior power boats. Which means he also bought the liability of my deposit. He gave me back my own money. Why would I need to be appreciative to him?

I ordered the boat from Bobby, Thad, and Eric at the Miami show. The boat never got built.

Steve,

I don't know the story. I found this picture on OSO.
Kinda looks like he's intoxicated or on drugs.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I sure hope he dosen't look like that when he's sober.

What's the story?

So Thad bought Warrior Powers Boats for 500k ????? The article makes it seem like he paid 500k for just the name. I know Bobby and Eric just sold Thad assets and not the Apache name. So who does he claim he bought the Apache name from ????

but what if the tree was on my property and the guy with the chainsaw was my third cousin on my fathers side who deeded the property years ago to my mother before she married my father and she in turn willed the property to me but i had to pay estate taxes so i sold the property to a friend who i cannot name and he said his wife said not to cut down the tree but he did so anyways.i know,i'm going to sue mark mcmanus!it's his fault .makes about as much sense as allen owning the apache logo.
