There is a flip side to this :Theoretically speaking here only; What happens to you if you sell something you do not own ??

I'm still confused on the status of a boat.
What is the difference between a Warpath T-4 and the 'new, improved Apache 41' that we've been hearing about for over a year. Finally, when will either boat be completed and shown to the public? Or, are there no plans to start building boats until after the name and rights dispute is resolved? Thanks. |

We've mixed it up a few times in the past about the "new" and "old" Apaches, but I've got to say that I have a new appreciation for the position you were in, and are in now.
Sounds like a raw deal. I have to agree with Carl re: your new, mellow-style. It's great! Good luck to you. |
The new 41 deck has sharp sweet crisp 2005 lines to it.Done by Mr Steve Wilson and setup for and around one of MY building systems; not to be tried by amateurs.
