The full cabin boat has been for sale for a long time (INXS is new to the market) The price was originally much higher and the boat has just been sitting. I am surprised someone hasn't grabbed it up. It is a good boat at a more than fair price.

I had a chance to ride with Roger a few years ago on INXS and it was awesome. I know of a beautiful 47 that could be bought for 300k completely redone. So the numbers on Pete's listing is a very good deal. Some people will want to have everything redone to their own specs and others want it already done. Either way, look out in big water.

Heard a rumor last nite thru the "grapevine" , and you know about grapevines 
... unconfirmed mind you , that INXS (the 47 Apache) is coming to a local guy here in Cleveland ???? Not sure how , or why , but we'll see what happens ???

INXS is currently still in our shop. However, the gentleman who purchased the boat resides in Palm Beach...

It was a pleasure, ya'll should have stuck around a little longer though... Next time you see WW, tell him we say "hello". We are looking at a time to bring the 41 up north this summer for a weekend or two, ya'll have any suggestions?
