hey mine is a 1991. I bought it with a 25" 200merc and with no set back and it ran fine. I put a 10" jackplate on it with the 300 and in the near future I want to go with a 9" bracket and 4" jackplate

I have a 2001 300x on mine with a 22" setback and was thinking about changing to less of a setback. My transom is not notched and i believe my motor is a 20".

Apache727: Yes I was tied up at the marina for a while. One of the battery's died so thank god there was a hardware shop in the strip mall so I could pick another one up.

Also met a guy that was pulling in with a 38ft center console. He noticed the lines on my boat and came over. Turns out he converted his to a center console and put two monster Yanmar's in. He said he cruises at 50 knots and 10mpg?!?!?!!!!
He keeps it at TV marina. He runs a fishing charter. I was a little confused because I didn't think Apache made a 38 hull. He might of ment 36 but anyways it was bada**!!

Hope to see you out sometime.

Well that's good. That's nice to know that there is one by the water open on Sunday. What's the name of that diesel CC? Does it say Apache on it? I'd like to see that. Taking mine out tomorrow in the bay I'm sure I'll see you out soon

Where in the bay are you going. Our boat is on a lift in Shore Acres. Maybe I could head out for a few hours to check your boat out.

Going anywhere specific?

I found a mini shell island on this side of the bay. Was cruising back behind weedon island and there was a sandbar with like 40 boats tied up. You ever been there? Saves me a ton of gas instead of going all the way to shell..
