Hey what height should the middle engine be in relation to the bottom of the middle sponson? The middle of my bullet is about 5 inches below the bottom of middle sponson. Makes me think its way too low but I'm not sure if the boat rides on middle sponson (ie water comes right up to bottom of boat in the middle). Any pics or advice would be appreciated.

With the middle to low, it will splash the outside ones,

Well the nose cone came of middle engine and I think that's what damaged forward gear on that lower unit. So I changed to the other lower unit I have which has water pickups on front of bullet and sides of lower unit. I'm still getting same water pressure as I was with low water pickup on nose cone.... this makes me think I can come way higher if I had the low water pickup again....I would love if you could send me a pic or two. You need the water pu under the cown for best water pressure and height.

I was at a local f1 race " helped with pits". :)
So did not have time to install my lowers over the week-end.

Will get it done this week and forward you pics.
Its surprising how high with middle will go with pressure.

Middle motor does not shift
I set up mine so that the middle is always in gear.

Shift with the outside when around the dock, turn off middle.
Never had trouble with my center lower :)
My center only runs lwp
Only outside, i run dual pick ups,,
