How did all that set back effect the performance?

I think John Tomlinson TNT Marine in florida rigged it for original owner, we bought it used. It came with 28 3 blade cleavers but had a lot of porpoise so I ran 28 bravos and liked how it planed easier and took the porpoise away. Don't know if setback effected anything since that's the only way we ran it.

Gotcha man. Yea...id trade mph to get rid of porpoise and better planing any day.

Thanks for your insight.i appreciate it.

Mine is gonne get a pair of 250hp efi 3 liter mercs. Hope to see a reliable 70+ mph. Prolly bump em up to 280 hp.
