Well the weather here still is to cold to take mine out yet so don't feel bad about not having a boat to use. I have one and still can't use it. I started the engines the other day and discovered one of the sea pump water impellers was bad so I'm replacing both of them. If it ever gets warm enough around here to use it at leasst it will be good to go by then !

Just an update. I had my 320 out this weekend with the props turning in. It was HORRIBLE. I will be turning them out form now on. It was hard to get it to settle in to a nice level run. Porpoised alot, could not use hardly any trim. It wasn't any faster either since I couldn't air it out like I can with them turning out. I actually had to use my tabs on very smooth water just to keep it from bouncing.

From my own experiences..... out.

The poor handling far outweighed
the less than 1 mph gain from
running them "in"

I've tried both and my vote is out. maybe gained 1 mph but the rest of the time it sucked.

I know this wouldn't change the handling around the dock, but has anyone thought about the toe-in toe-out differences when changing prop rotation and the way it effects cruising, top speed performance?
