Default *pic request* Thru Hull on a Hammer

Hey guys, just sold my 29 Scarab and bought a houseboat. Couldn't stand not having a runabout for those days the housboat can't go out so I bought a 22 Hammer. WOW, this little thing moves!! It's a little scary at top speed, (71 on speedo) haven't gps'd it yet, probably about 67. Needless to say I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of the boat (1999 w/62 hours)

Anyway, It doesnt have thru hull, I've installed it myself on an old ski boat and wan't to add it to this boat, couple of questions. Does it just go straight out the back on this boat or does it need a step down to clear the swim deck?? Will extended tips work or only the flat ones?? What is the best way to cap off the Y bracket?? Pics would be great.

Thanks,
Robert
