Sneak Peak "New Baja 405"
 

As most of you know the 38 Special is being replaced by the new 405.

Looks to be an awesome boat. I do not know anything else about it.

If any of you have additional details please post them.

Looks to me like Sea Ray's influence. Especially the vents. We just traded in the 33 and bought a Sundancer. I can see a number of similarities.

Like the new deck, but portholes..come on. Also, Formula windshield has to go. It had to go ten years ago on Formulas. Put a boss windscreen on and your getting there. I like the cockpit layout in the 38 special...u-shaped rear lounge and wet bar with fridge hope they keep that.

Damn, that's ugly. Take off the Sea Ray swim plaltform, off with the windsheild, on withthe windscreen, some graphics, and it would help.

You have to wonder, why they think they have to compete with Formula. Just how many of those do you see?
