I always wonder about how my H2x would run with a Procharger.
Got only the lame 7.4 MPI do you think JST2FST i can benefit from a Procharger.

Don't think I'd want to be in an H2X. Those things are unstable with the stock 7.4 in them. I was almost thrown out of mine last year after hitting some waves that I couldn't see. If my friend hadn't been in the boat, I'd be dead. That's why I upgraded this year to a 25 O/L.

Yes have seen work at 18 to 24 mph gains on 454's, and the H2X it is stable until 85 mph is 1.5ft chop but after that hold on. We are looking for 33 OL. But then again different strokes you know you got to have common sence when driving this fast. But you would never catch me modifiing my parent's Hondas after I saw a fast and furious movie either.

Hey Smitty,
Thanks for posting so quick. I apologize for not responding sooner. I'm interested in all your hand me downs. Could you email me the pics. I can't view them on here without upgrading. I'd rather put my money in the boat. My email is [email protected]. Thanks again for your input.

NOt supercharged, but I have a stock 454 mag in a 25 outlaw. Baja claims the boat should top speed at 5200 rpms...i'm only seeing 4600 rpms. The boats best mph is 67 on gps at 4600 rpms. Everything is stock. I have mirage 23(stock) prop. Are my speeds and rpms similiar to others with a stock 454 mag in a 25 outlaw? Thanks for the info.

I would think that a supercharged 502 would mph at least 80!

I have a 99 outlaw ,502 mag mpi, lightning headers,m3 procharger.I run 83 mph .on GPS. My best speeds are attained using a merc. bravo one four blade it was a 30 pitch new, now labbed to a 30.5. I run right at5050 RPM.I put 53 hours on the motor before adding the procharger, now have 303 trouble free hrs. I would reccomend this combination to all! [except JonyBI don't want his new outlaw leaving orange stripes on my hull, like his green acura did as it sped away from my SHO last year]..CatsMeow.

Thanks a lot jonyb,
i also thought it could be risky, but i read about a H2x here that runs around 90, so i thought the i do not have to expect more instability.
P.S. Sorry for for my still miserable English.
However thanks a lot you saved me money an maybe my live.

The lake that I boat on can get pretty rough at times. The day I almost lost it, the water was calm. I came into some rolling waves that were out of nowhere. No other boats around at the time. After hitting the second one, the bow stood straight up, and the stern dropped down first. That boat was really heavy in the ass-end for some reason. At that point, I came out of the seat, hit the back of my head on the starboard rail, got road-rash from the cd player cover, and was paralyzed for about 10 minutes. Riding in the O/L now, I realize how much better it rides. Good luck in your search.
