exactly, my friends 2005 275 with 496 ho ran 64-65 on gps. the bravo 3 will slow it down for sure pre-exaust modification. good luck with the raylar, the reports are showing awesome results. let us know how the bravo 3 effects the 100hp.

I was dissapointed until I realized everyone is not as fast
as they say. I know alot of people claim their boat ran 68 or 70 but must hold back a couple hundred rpm whenever we run accross the lake. :drink:

Don't feel bad,My 272 stock with 502 ran a HONEST 62 loaded and 63-64 light. All the bsin'g 25 outlaw owners and 272 owners I ever talked to claimed there stock boats ran 68-70 but funny thing was every time I ever raced one they were dead even :rolleyes: . I still pace one once in a while with my gps in my hand and have never had a stocker I was pacing run 68 plus,Smitty

Raylar kit is on

with the bravo 3 drive and 28 `props boat is hitting rev limiter very quick at GPS 71 MPH @ 5150 RPM
Boat now behaves like a dragster and also sounds like one (the real good sound comes from the raylar kit - the CMI just add a little more sound)
I have never seen or driven a boat like this ,
time to plane less than half time
If you push the throttles down at 3000 - it takes just the blink of an eye to jump to 4500
extreme quick throttle response
With a bravo 1 the boat will run even faster , but the owner now prefers the bravo 3 setup
next we will reprogramm the ECU for a higher rev limiter to gain some more top end speed

By now owner is 120 % satisfied with his new raylar engine

My 25 ran 68.7 gps with cmi's and a worth probably nothing k&n, by my self 1/4 fuel, and hardly any gear, no beer

what kind of gain do you think the cmi's gave you?

my brother has a 25 with 496ho, best he could get was 64.7, then labbed the prop and got 66.8

it was so low on gas, he ran out on the way home and had to get a tow :eek: :D
